THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email contains a tracking number that will allow you to track your order using our shipping partners tracking platform. Simply click on the link here and type-in the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, please contact us here.
  • What are the shipping times and prices?

  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes! Most of the products that we carry are available for international shipping (For the full list of eligible countries press here). For more information please review our Shipping policy and our Store Policy.
  • Why hasn't my order deliverd yet?
    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please try the following: 1. Check your order's progress status using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. 2. Check your mailbox for a delivery attempt card, as your order may be waiting at your local Post office. 3. If you still can't find your order, contact us here.
  • What forms of payment do you accept online?
    We accept either credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Domestic orders we accept cash payments as well.
  • How can I use my promo code?
    If you have Magnolia's promotional code, enter the code in the “Promotional Code” box at the end of the purchase process and click on “Apply”.
  • Do I need to pay customs fee?
    International - Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped direct from our factory will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier. Israel - You will not need to pay VAT or duties.
  • How to look after my jewellery?
    Please follow these tips to maintain the quality and prevent early tarnish: 1. Keep them in your DAIJOUR box when not in use. 2. Avoid sweat 3. Wipe with soft cloth 4. Do not sleep in your jewellery 5. Avoid chemicals (especially hand cream) 6. Avoid bathing, showering or washing your hands with jewellery on 7. Wait for hand/face cream to dry before putting on any jewellery 8. Apply a layer of polymer coating/clear nail varnish on the inside of your rings
  • How to look after pearls?
    Pearls are natural and very delicate in nature. You have to look after your pearl jewellery. 1. Store in pouch when not in use. Never store them with other jewellery or it will peel easily and do not leave it on rough surfaces. 2. Pearls require moisture, so don’t put it in an airtight container. Wear them often as they need natural oil to prevent them from drying out. However never wear them during excercise as large amount of sweat is too acidic for your pearls 3. Don’t wear pearls in water 4. Don’t use chemicals on or around your pearls including creams, perfume, vinegar, chlorine, cosmetics and hair spray. Chemicals can damage the pearl fast. 5. Wipe with cloth after wearing
